Pricing questions

Are printing and postage really included?
Yes. The monthly price covers printing every postcard and mailing it to each recipient household. There are no per-card charges, no stamps to buy and no postage surcharge.
What changes the price?
Additional recipient households beyond the one in the base plan are charged per household per month. Grandparents who live together count as one household and share a card, at no extra charge. Everything else — contributors up to the plan limit, photos, reminders, handwriting styles — is included.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing period and will not renew. Annual plans continue until the end of the term you have already paid for.
How does the annual plan work?
You pay for twelve months up front and save 25% against the monthly rate. The saving is exact rather than rounded, so the equivalent monthly figure is shown to the cent.
When am I charged?
Billing starts when you subscribe and runs in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe. Card details go to Stripe and are never stored by us.
