Does my family need to download an app?
No. Everyone gets a text with a private link. They tap it, add a photo and a short note, and they are done. It works on any phone.
Who decides what goes on the postcard?
You do. Everyone contributes throughout the month, then you get a preview to edit and approve before anything is printed or mailed.
What if someone forgets to add a photo?
We send contribution reminders for you. You can add a message for them or approve the postcard with the updates already received.
Where does the postcard get mailed?
The service is available in the United States. Add recipient households during setup, and each household receives its own postcard.
Can I cancel anytime?
A gift runs for the 3, 6 or 12 months you bought, then renews at the same price. Cancel before the next term and it will not renew. The months you have already paid for still mail.
