Put your kid's art on the front

Photograph the drawing flat in daylight. It prints edge to edge, and the builder warns you if it's too small to print sharply.

No drawing? Use a photo, like the science fair volcano. Up to four fit, so the art can share the front with the artist.

Teacher appreciation cards that are postcards, on purpose

With no envelope to open, the art is the first thing the teacher sees. Your note and the address share the back.

Looking for teacher appreciation cards to print at home? Skip the printer and the card stock. We print it and mail it.

When is Teacher Appreciation Week?

The first full week of May, with National Teacher Day on its Tuesday. The NEA's Teacher Appreciation Week page lists each year's dates.

Allow up to 15 days for the mail, so ordering by mid-April is the safe choice. Missed it? The last week of school works too.

Personalized teacher appreciation cards: what to write

Name the teacher, name one thing that changed this year, and let your kid sign it. Borrow a line:

  • Thank you, Ms. Rivera. Ava reads under the covers now, and we blame you.
  • Mr. Chen, Leo explains fractions at dinner whether we ask or not. Thank you for this year.
  • From room 12: thank you for the read-alouds, and for the patience.

How to send thank you cards for Teacher Appreciation Week

Mail it to the teacher at school, or home so your kid can hand it over. Each card can go to its own address.

A teacher writing to students? That's postcards from teachers to students.

  1. Add the drawing or up to four photos, type the note and check both sides.
  2. Pay, then enter the address for each card.
  3. We print it in 1 to 2 business days and mail it by USPS First-Class Mail.
