What delivery costs

Postcards you design and buy on their own: nothing. Every order ships free, from a single card up, with printing and first class postage included in the price shown.

Postcard Club members: every postcard is $1.49 with printing, postage and shipping included, with no minimum order.

We do not add a handling fee or a surcharge at any point.

How long it takes

A postcard is submitted for printing once your order is paid and its address is in. Production takes one to two business days, and the card then travels by USPS First-Class Mail.

That usually makes 5 to 10 business days from order to mailbox. We do not control postal timing and cannot guarantee a delivery date, and mail typically slows in December.

Where we deliver

We mail to addresses in the United States, including PO boxes and residential care addresses. If you need a postcard sent outside the United States, contact us before you buy so we can tell you whether we can reach that address.

Addresses and undeliverable mail

Each postcard goes to the address you enter for it after checkout, so please check it before you confirm. Postcard Club members can save addresses for next time.

If a card is returned as undeliverable or never arrives, tell us and we will reprint and remail it at no charge. See the refund and cancellation policy for how that works.
