What is our family photo postcard subscription?

FamilyLetter collects updates and photos from you and whoever you add to your account, and will mail a beautiful postcard on your behalf.

Plans start from $35/mo and our postcards are 4×6, the perfect size for the fridge!

What comes with our family photo postcard subscription?

One household receives one 4×6 postcard every month. Photos fill the front, family notes fill the back, and printing and postage are included.

  • One new card for each recipient household
  • Photos and notes from up to five family contributors
  • A final review before anything prints

What does your family do each month?

Each contributor gets a private text link. They add a photo or note from any phone, without creating an account.

  • Each person receives a separate prompt
  • Contributors use a browser link, not an app
  • The account holder can edit and approve the finished card

What does the recipient need to do?

Nothing. The finished postcard arrives by mail, so grandparents never need an app, account, password, wifi connection, or charged screen.

Is this the right kind of photo subscription?

FamilyLetter is for one shared monthly update, not a large photo archive. Choose it when the ritual matters more than photo volume.

  • A strong fit when relatives contribute from different places
  • A strong fit when the recipient prefers physical mail
  • Choose a photo book or gallery when you want many pictures at once

Questions families ask

How does a family photo postcard subscription work?
Family members submit photos and notes through private text links. The account holder reviews the 4×6 card, then approves it for printing and mailing.
What arrives each month?
Each recipient household gets one full-color 4×6 postcard, with family photos on the front and contributed notes on the back.
Can more than one family member contribute?
Yes. Up to 5 relatives can contribute from different phones and locations. They do not need FamilyLetter accounts or a shared group chat.
Does the recipient need an app or smartphone?
No. The recipient only opens their mailbox. They never need to download an app, make an account, or use a connected device.
What happens if nobody contributes that month?
A postcard with no family update is never mailed. The account holder can approve a card using the contributions already received.
Can I cancel the subscription?
Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing period. Annual plans continue through the paid term and do not renew after cancellation.
