Best Postcard Apps in 2026, Compared

Which postcard app should you use?
It depends on where the card is going and what kind of card you want. For $2 to $3 a photo postcard, look at Postagram and Touchnote's credit packs. For family abroad, MyPostcard and Touchnote. For a folded greeting card, Felt or Postable. For a true 4 × 6 photo postcard to a US address with no app at all, FamilyLetter, which publishes this guide.

Each one in a few lines
Touchnote
Photo postcards and greeting cards from a website or an app. A postcard is $4.49 on its own, or from $2.62 each with a credit pack. Its US pages put delivery to a US address at 4 to 7 working days.
One Touchnote page lists its postcard as 6 × 4 inches; its FAQ says 148 × 111 mm, a little shorter and taller than a US 4 × 6. On Trustpilot it holds a 4.5 TrustScore from 4,701 reviews, and some recent ones say cards took longer than promised.
Pick it if you send to the UK, Europe or Australia as often as the US. Skip it if you want one fixed price per card without buying credits.
Felt
A greeting card app. You write on a folded card with your finger or a stylus, and Felt prints it, seals it in an envelope, stamps it and mails it. One panel is $4.50, four panels $7.25, and international postage is $1.50 more.
Pick it for a card in an envelope. Skip it if you want a postcard, or would rather not install an app: Felt runs on a phone or tablet.
Postable
A website for folded cards, flat cards and postcards, which it addresses and mails for you. One card is $5.99 plus a stamp, $5.29 each for 2 to 19, and $4.59 each for 20 or more. It mails from the US to anywhere, with a $1.75 stamp abroad.
Pick it for a folded greeting card or a long holiday card list.
MyPostcard
Photo postcards and greeting cards from a website or an app, from $3.49 with international shipping included. Its postcards are 4.1 × 5.8 inches, the A6 size common in Europe.
Pick it for family abroad. Skip it if you want a US-size 4 × 6.
Postagram (the Sincerely app)
Turns phone photos into 4 × 6 postcards for $2 in the US or $3 abroad, postage included, according to its App Store listing. Sincerely's site still links Postagram and its greeting card app, Ink Cards, on the App Store and Google Play.
Pick it for a quick photo card from your phone at a low price per card.
Which Postagram is which?
Two unrelated companies use the name, which is why searches for a Postagram alternative get muddled.
- postagram.com is a small US service that says it has run under that name since 1999. There is no app: you email or text a photo to an address it sets up for the person getting the card, and it prints a 4 × 6 card and mails it. Cards are $2 each, and a card abroad costs two.
- The Postagram app is made by Sincerely Inc. and lives in the App Store and Google Play. Cards are $2 in the US and $3 abroad.
postagram.com's own FAQ says the app is a separate company using its name. The accounts don't cross over, so check which one you used before you go looking for your order.
Where FamilyLetter fits, and where it doesn't
We make one thing: a real 4 × 6 photo postcard, built in a web browser with no app, and mailed by USPS First-Class to a US address. You see the finished front and back before you pay. Here is how it works if you want to send a postcard online.
One card is $9.99 with postage, and each card after the third is $5. In the Postcard Club every card is $1.49; the Club is $48 a year and renews each year until you cancel.
It suits a photo card to a grandparent in the US, sent by someone who doesn't want another app on their phone.
We're the wrong pick for cards abroad (US addresses only), for folded greeting cards, or if the price per card matters most. Postagram and Touchnote's credit packs both cost less a card.
Mailing one yourself instead? A postcard stamp is 65¢, and our postcard postage calculator works out the total and the likely arrival day.

Frequently asked questions
- What's a good postcard app for sending to grandparents?
- One you'll actually use. If they live in the US and you want a standard 4 × 6 photo card without installing anything, FamilyLetter works in a web browser (we publish this guide). If you like apps, Postagram and Touchnote both send photo postcards from your phone.
- Is there an app like Touchnote?
- Yes. MyPostcard is the closest match: photo postcards and greeting cards, on the web or in an app, mailed abroad. The Postagram app sends 4 × 6 cards for $2 in the US. FamilyLetter sends 4 × 6 cards to US addresses from a browser, no app.
- Is Postagram still around?
- Both of them are. Sincerely's Postagram app has a live App Store listing, and postagram.com, a separate company, still takes orders by email and text (both checked October 9, 2026).
- Do I need an app to send a postcard from my phone?
- No. Touchnote, MyPostcard, Postable and FamilyLetter all work in a phone's web browser, and postagram.com works by email or text. Felt and the Postagram app need their app.
